The Pioneers program is for boys and girls ages 1st grade to 8th grade and exists to teach our students useful skills for living in God's world, Christian leadership, and service to our Lord in church and in the community. We have lots of fun activities planned and many kids are involved. Registration night is September 4th and meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month during the school year. Meetings are held at Bloomington Lutheran Church from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Pioneer boys study outdoor activities such as camping, handicrafts, and wildlife. Boys also take part in social activities such as sledding, bowling, roller-skating and other outings.
Girl Pioneers learn a variety of skills, do craft projects, and have opportunities to develop interests in drama and the arts.
